As the club's chief executive officer, the President is responsible for overall club mangement. The President does not actually complete the monthly reports, process the dues, or organize the projects. However, it is under the President's leadership that others are enabled to do the tasks assigned. Ultimately, the President is responsible for all club activity.
Leadership opportunities such as chairing an event are only available to those who have created an account.

View upcoming events and sign up to volunteer/attend (make sure to follow the specific instructions for external events)
Go to "My Activities" and the "Event Chair" tab in order to see if you can chair the event you just signed up for!
GENERAL DUTIES
Maintain records tracking membership, Board of Officers/Executive, service/ administrative hours, interclubs, and committee activity
Complete the online membership roster for Circle K International prior to February 1st
Maintain minutes and attendance for club meetings and activities
Submit the new Club Leadership Roster to the District Board when new officers are elected
Monitor and respond to club correspondence and inform the Club Board of Officers and Advisors of communication (i.e. emails, regular mail, phone calls, etc.)
Responsible for forwarding the dues invoice, membership forms, and registration forms to the District or International offices, together with the Club Treasurer
APPLICATION
Search our calendar for a service event that has no chair OR create a project (indoor table-top service project that can be combined with meetings, contacting other clubs or external organizations, etc.)
Receiving registration/RSVPs from the Western CKI website and following up with attendees before the event
Arranging transportation and meeting locations if applicable – general supervision of the event
Recommended – Write about the event for our district newsletter, The Current!

The Vice President is responsible for the club in the absence of the Club President and should assist the President and other officers with their duties. In order to be able to step in for the President, the Vice President must be current on everything that is occurring in the club as well as the duties of the President.

It is the Editor's responsibility to develop a monthly bulletin or newsletter to inform your club members of club activities, deadlines, important dates, and board actions. A good newsletter will motivate members who have not been attending club meetings to participate in club projects. The Editor will also be responsible for the club's Facebook and Instagram accounts, promotion on campus and in the community, as well as our online presence.
The default setting is 2 members.
However, if you have proposed the idea and would just like to chair it yourself, let us know and we'll modify the slot details!
On the other hand, if you have more than 2 people interested in chairing and want to work together, please send us a message to accommodate your requests.
Develop and carry out activities involving the recruitment of new members, as well as activities designed to raise awareness about our impact locally and internationally – specifically focusing on their residence or affiliate college
Create a new project by the end of the year with your partner (or together with representatives from other residence buildings / affiliates) that you yourself lead with our support
