Independent Hours

Please submit the form for each volunteering opportunity that you have participated in, outside of Circle K. Activities within the club are already recorded by the Club Secretary.

WHAT IS ACCEPTED?

Any volunteering opportunity as long as it was not for course credit or compensation

(i.e. stipend or honorarium).

WHEN SHOULD I SUBMIT MY HOURS?

These independent hours must be reported by the 10th of every month for the previous month, to ensure that they are reported to Circle K International. For example, April's activities must be submitted by May 10th.

Although your independent hours are accepted throughout the year, please aim to submit your completed hours before District Convention in February at the latest, so that they can be considered for any District Awards.
